It will be soon the time for bonfires. I will be throwing once the winter descends in full swing. I would like to share a recipe of "Handi Waala Gosht" that we enjoyed in bonfires. Its easy n effective needs the least to do and get the best results (You may ask my friends). What we did for 4 friends (You may vary the quantity as per your servings and taste)

· 1.5 kg of mutton
· 6-7 onions
· 2 large garlics
· 100 gms of ginger
· 2 tablespoon haldi
· 3 table spoon lal mirch
· 7-8 lal mirch (whole)
· all the ingredients of Garam Masala (taken whole)
· a handi (fill that handi with water and leave it overnight, to prevent it from cracking)
· 10-15 dung-cakes
· Oil as of your choice
· A crateful of Chilled Beers

Clean the meat, cut onions & garlic into medium sized pieces. Put the handi over the dung cakes (upla), just put everything in & seal the lid with aata. Leave this for 2-3 hours; enjoy your beer and party!

P.S. Occasionally look that those uplas are moderately lit
